Hari Constructions is a residential property development company, It was founded in the year 2000. It was the dream of the people behind the Group to create workplace environments and residential development with a focus on quality, timely project implementation and customer centric approach. We have completed a total of 40 projects in Chennai exceeding 2 lakh sq.ft.

In construction over the past 15 years. Mr.K.Ravikumar, is a Civil Engineer and the founder of Hari Constructions in 2000, and a partner in City Garden Promoters. He has been delivering projects through his expertise in construction. He guides his reliable team of engineers and architect for quality in construction, safety at workplace and emphasis on design. His mantra of perfection has placed the company at good stead and in a platform to accelerate growth.

Mr A. Ponnusamy, is an architect with over 32 years in experience. He constantly strives to integrate modern designs with practical spaces to provide a seamless living and working space for clients.

V.R.Ravindran, Founder of V R P Consultants was working with Development Consultants Ltd (Power Plant Consultants) for 18 years since 1983 to 2001 and has 36 years of experience in designing structures for – Power plants, Chimneys, Underground structures/Over head tanks, Substation structures, Industrial, Commercial and Residential Structures, etc. He obtained his post graduation in Structural Engineering from PSG Tech, Coimbatore and under graduation from R.E.C, Trichy. V R P Consultants was established in the year 2001 and has undertaken structural design of buildings for various Architects , Promoters, Builders and Contractors.
He is registered structural consultant to India Builders Pvt. Ltd, Hansa Vision Private Ltd.,Red Brick Constructions etc..
